RESOLUTION NO. 91-77
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TUSTIN APPROVING TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO.
90-293
The City Council of the City of Tustin does hereby
resolve as follows:
I. The City Council finds and determines as follows:
That Tentative Parcel Map No. 90-293 was
submitted to the Planning Commission by
Bedford Capital, Inc., for consideration.

That a public hearing was duly called, noticed
and held for said map by the City Council on
June 3, 1991.
That the project will not have a significant
effect on the environment and a Negative
Declaration has been prepared pursuant to the
provisions of the California Environmental
Quality Act.
That the proposed subdivision is in
conformance with the Tustin Area General Plan,
and Subdivision Map Act as it pertains to the
development of commercial and industrial
property.

That the site is physically suitable for the
type of development proposed.

That the site is physically suitable for the
proposed density of development.
That the design of the subdivision or the
proposed improvements are not likely to cause
substantial environmental damage or
substantially and avoidably injure fish or
wildlife in their habitat.
That the design of the subdivision or the type
of improvements proposed will not conflict
with easements acquired by the public-at-
large, for access through or use of the
property within the proposed subdivision.
That the design of the subdivision or the
types of improvements proposed are not likely
to cause serious public health problems.

II.
The City Council hereby approves Tentative Parcel
Map No. 90-293 subject to the conditions attached
hereto as Exhibit A.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Tustin
City Council held on the 3rd day of June, 1991.

CITY COUNCIL RESOLUTION NO. 91-77

The subject tentative parcel map shall become null and void
upon issuance of building permits for the California Highway
Patrol facility.
Ail conditions of approval of City Council Resolution No. 91-
76 shall also apply to this subject tentative parcel map.
