RESOLUTION NO. 93-113
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING REVISIONS TO LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT
NO. 93-3
WHEREAS, Section 66412 (d) of the Subdivision Map Act
makes provisions for the local agency to approve lot line
adjustments where the land taken from one parcel is added to
an adjacent parcel and where a greater number of parcels than
originally existed is not thereby created; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tustin has
previously approved Lot Line Adjustment 93-3 by adopting
Resolution 93-52 and has made a finding that revisions made to
Lot Line Adjustment 93-3 to correct drafting errors do not
substantially change the character or intent of the original
lot line adjustment; and finding that the real property
described in Exhibit A and shown on Exhibit B complies with
the provisions of the California Subdivision Map Act and
applicable City of Tustin ordinances and regulations including
the requirements for building sites;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the proposed
revisions to Lot Line Adjustment 93-3, as shown on Exhibit B
are hereby approved and that the parcels be considered
building sites upon recordation of this document.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Tustin held on the 19th day of October,
1993
