RESOLUTION RDA NO. 91-6
A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF
THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING
PARTICIPATION IN THE COUNTY OF ORANGE
COOPERATIVE PURCHASING PROGRAM.
The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Tustin does
hereby resolve as follows:
I. The Redevelopment Agency finds and determines:

Under provisions of Section 16246 of the
Tustin City Code, an ordinance related to
financial and purchasing procedures,
exceptions or deviations from the City's
competitive bidding procedures can be
authorized by resolution of the City Council
when purchases of supplies and equipment can
be acquired more efficiently and cheaply on
behalf of the City through the County of
Orange Competitive Purchasing Program.

The City has need of leasing certain space
furniture system partitions during temporary
relocation to provide actual work space
locations at the relocation facility located
at 15222 Del Amo.

The Steelcase system is the preferred provider
with the Avenir product series the desired
product.

Under the County of Orange Cooperative
Purchasing Program pricing, a discount of 50%
would be extended to the City on Steelcase
product.
II.
The Redevelopment Agency hereby authorizes the City
of Tustin's participation in the County of Orange
Cooperative Purchasing Program for purposes of a
rental/lease of Steelcase Avenir product for needs
at 15222 Del Amo Avenue.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Tustin
Redevelopment Agency, held on the 18th day of March,
1991.
