RDA 90-3 A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING A SECOND TIME EXTENSION OF THE APPROVAL FOR DESIGN REVIEW 87-33 FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A 25,281 SQUARE FOOT RETAIL SHOPPING CENTER AT 1011 EL CAMINO REAL. The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Tustin does hereby resolve as follows: I. The Redevelopment Agency finds and determines as follows: A. Pursuant to the adopted South/Central Redevelopment Plan, the Redevelopment Agency shall approve all site plans and architectural designs of any project proposed within the Redevelopment Agency Project Area. B. A proper application, (Design Review No. 87- 33) has been filed on behalf of L.A. Land Company requesting authorization to construct a 25,281 square foot retail shopping center at 1011 E1 Camino Real. This project was approved by the Agency on December 21, 1987. C. A Negative Declaration has been approved in conformance with the California Environmental Quality Act by adoption of Resolution RDA 87- 19. D. The project is in conformance with the Town Center Redevelopment Plan. E. An extension of time is needed to complete the clean-up efforts from soil contamination. II. The Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Tustin, California, hereby approves the extension of Design Review 87-33 subject to the conditions contained in Resolution No. RDA 87-19 for a period RDA Resolution No. 90-3 January 15, 1990 Page 2 of 12 months from the date of approval of this resolution. PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency, held on the 15th day of January, 1990.
