A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY
OF TUSTIN, CONSENTING TO A JOINT PUBLIC HEARING ON
THE PROPOSED SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE AMENDED
REDEVELOPMENT PLAN ON THE TOWN CENTER AREA
EDEVELOPMENT PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Tusttn has prepared
a Second Amendment to the Amended Redevelopment Plan for the Town Center
Area Redevelopment Project; and
WHEREAS, the Agency has submitted the proposed Second Amendment to
the Amended Redevelopment Plan to the Planning Commission of the City of
Tustin for its report and recommendation; and
WHEREAS, Section 33355 of the California Community Redevelopment Law
authorizes a joint public hearing on the proposed Second Amendment to the
Amended Redevelopment Plan with the consent of the Redevelopment Agency and
the City Council.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Redevelopment Agency of the City
of Tustin as follows:
1. The Agency hereby consents to a joint public hearing on the
proposed Second Amendment to the Amended Redevelopment Plan for the
Project, and requests the City Council to call a joint public hearing of
the Agency and the City Council, at such time as it may determine, in the
Council Chambers in the Tustin City Hall to consider and act upon the
proposed Second Amendment to the Amended Redevelopment Plan and all
documents and evidence pertaining thereto.
2. The Executive Director of the Agency shall, in cooperation with
the City Clerk of the City of Tustin, prepare, publish and mail such
notices and documents, and do all other acts as may be necessary to carry
out the purposes of this resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Tustin
on the 16th day of January, 1989.

Community Redevelopment Agency held on the 16th day of January, 1989, by the
