RESOLUTION NO. RDA 85-17
A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE
CITY OF TUSTIN APPROVING AND TRANSMITTING THE
ANNUAL REPORT FOR FY 1984-85
The Redevelopment Agency of the city of Tustin, California does hereby
resolve as follows:
I. The Redevelopment Agency finds and determines as follows:
Article 6, Chapter I, Part I Community Redevelopment law,
California Health and Safety Code requires every redevelopment
agency to file an annual report with the City Council and the
Department of Housing and Community Development.
A report of the Agency's activities for fiscal year 1984-85 has
been prepared pursuant to applicable State statutes.
An independent financial audit report will be added as Section X
of the annual report.
II.
The Redevelopment Agency of the city of Tusttn hereby adopts the
annual report and directs that said report, incorporating the report
of the auditor, shall be transmitted to the State Department of
Housing and Community Development and to the City Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the city of Tustin Redevelopment
Agency, held on the 16th day of December , 1985.
