RDA 84-2 A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE DESIGN OF A 13-UNIT TOWNHOUSE PROJECT TO BE CONSTRUCTED AT 1042, 1052, 1062 WALNUT STREET AS APPROVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION PURSUANT TO USE PERMIT 83-27 I. The Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Tustin, California does hereby approve the use and design of the proposed townhouse buildings to be constructed at 1042, 1052, 1062 Walnut Street, based on the following findings: A. The design and proposed use of the project, subject to conditions of approval, are compatible with the goals and objectives of the South/Central Redevelopment Project Plan. B. The architectural and physical design of this project are compatible and consistent with other architectural styles of buildings within the immediate area. C. That based on the findings, determinations and conditions contained in the Planning Commission Resolution No. 2132, the project should be a positive addition to the community. PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency held on the 16th day of January, 1984, subject to the conditions listed in Planning Commission Resolution No. 2123.
