RESOLUTION NO. RDA 83-3
A RESOLUTION OF THE TUSTIN COMMUNITY
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ADOPTING AMEND-
MENT NO. 1 TO ITS CONFLICT OF INTEREST
CODE.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 81-4, the Tustin Community
Redevelopment Agency approved and adopted a Conflict of Interest
Code; and
~EREAS, Section 2.5(c) (2) (B) and Section 2.8(a) of that
Code currently requires designated emDloyees to report certain
gifts of twenty five dollars or more, in conformity with state
law in effect when Resolution No. 81-4 was adopted; and
WHEREAS, state law has since been amended to require the
reporting of those gifts aggregating fifty dollars or more; and
WHEREAS, the Tustin Community Redevelopment Agency desires
to conform Section 2.5(c) (2) (B) and Section 2.8(a) of its Code
to require the reporting of certain gifts aggregating fifty
dollars or more.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Tustin Community Redevelopment Agency
of the City of Tustin hereby resolves as follows:
1. That Amendment No. 1 of its Conflict of Interest Code,
a copy of which is attached hereto, is hereby approved and
adopted.
2. That a copy of this resolution and its attachment be
transmitted to the City Council of the City of Tustin, as the
Code-Reviewing Body for its approval.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Tustin
Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Tustin, California,
held on the 4th day of April , 1983.

AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE
CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE
OF THE TUSTIN COMMUNITY
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
1. Purpose. Th~s Amendment No. 1 to the Conflict of Interest
Code of the Tustin Community Redevelopment Agency is hereby adopted
in order to conform the existing Conflict of Interest Code to
current state law.
2. Amendment.
2.1 Section 2.5(c) (2) (B) of the Con.fl[ct of Interest Code
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"(ii) if the income were a gift received
by the designated employee or his or her
family from the source during the period
covered by the disclosure statement, the
value of the gift was Fifty Dollars
($50.00) or more; and"
2.2 Section 2.8(a) is hereby amended to read as follows:
"(a) The name and address of each source
of income aggregating Two Hundred Fifty
Dollars ($250.00) or more in value, or
Fifty Dollars ($50.00) or more in value
if the income was a gift;"
3. Effective Date. This kmendment No. 1 shall take effect
upon its approval by the appropriate Code Reviewing Body.

introduced, passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council as the
Community Redevelopment Agency held on the 4th day of April, 1983, by the
