AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, REZONING
~' 2 CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM RETAIL COMMERCIAL (C-l) TO COMMERCIAL
GENERAL (CG) KNOWN AS ZONE CHANGE 79-1
4 The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does hereby
5 ordain as follows:
6 1. The City Council finds and determines:
7 a. That a proper application (Zone Change 79-1) has been
filed on behalf of Frank Greinke for a zone change
8 from the Retail Commercial (C-l) District to the
i Commercial General (CG) District for the property
~' 9 described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated
~ herein hy this reference as though set forth herein in full.

b~ That after public hearings duly Called, noticed and
1! held, the Planning Agency of the City of Tustin recommended
said zone change by the adoption of Resolution No. 1817.

c. That said zone change is in conformance with the Tustin
13 Area General Plan.
14 d. That said action is granted a Negative Declaration to
comply with the requirements of the California En-
i5 vironmental Quality Act.
16 2. The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Tustin is hereby amended
to reclassify the property located 'at the northeasterly corner
I7 of Newport Avenue and Laguna Road, more particularly described__.
in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated hereby by'
18 reference, from the Retail Commercial (C-i) to the Commercial
General (CG) Dlstrict subject to all conditions of Piannlng
19 Agency Resolution No. 1817.
