CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 10-005 - a request to permit an accessory building to be used as a guesthouse at 310 Pasadena Avenue. APPLICANT/ PROPERTY OWNER: ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: RECOMMENDATION MICHAEL J. DEMORATZ THIS PROJECT IS CATEGORICALLY EXEMPT (CLASS 3) PURSUANT TO SECTION 15303 OF THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT. That the Zoning Administrator adopt Zoning Administrator Action No. 10-006 approving Conditional Use Permit 10-005. Presentation: Reina Kapadia, Associate Planner The Public Hearing opened at 10:40 a.m. The Acting Zoning Administrator asked the attendees to introduce themselves. Zoning Administrator Agenda June 2, 2010 Page 2 The following were in attendance: Michael Demoratz and Lindburgh McPherson, property owners Tina Blenz, 270 Pasadena Avenue, Tustin Diana and Stephen Osterdorf, 185 Pasadena Avenue, Tustin. The Acting Zoning Administrator reviewed the staff report and asked if anyone had any questions. There were none. The Acting Zoning Administrator adopted Zoning Administrator Action No. 10-006 approving Conditional Use Permit 10-005. REGULAR BUSINESS: None ADJOURNMENT: The Public Hearing closed and the meeting adjourned at 10:46 a.m. The date of the next meeting of the Zoning Administrator will be scheduled when items are set for hearing.
