ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY TO THE CITY OF TUSTIN R-3-3500
3 FROM ORANGE COUNTY R-4 KNOWN AS PREZONE 78-16.

The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does ordain as follows:
I. The City Council finds and deterrnines:

(a) That the City of Tustin initiated proceedings for the prezoning of
r/ certain property from Orange County R-tf District to City of
Tustin R-3-3500 District.

(b) That after public hearings duly called, noticed and held, the
9 Planning Agency by Resolution Number 17-tt9 recommended said
prezoning.

(c) That the proposed prezoning is for the purpose of bringing the
21~ zoning classification into conformance with the Land Use Element
of the Tustin Area General Plan.
(d) That after public hearings duly calIed, noticed and held, the City
ll~ Council has determined that said amendment should be adopted.
14 (e) That the proposed amendment is categorically exemot
from ~he requirements of the California :EnviroLmenta
!5 'Quality Act.
16 2. The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Tustin is hereby amended to
reclassify by prezoning the property located at Newport and Sycamore Avenues
17 known as the Sycamore Garden Apartments, more particularly described in Exhibit
"A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, from Orange County
18 R-t4 District to City of Tustin R-3-3500 District, eifective upon annexation of the
subject property to the Crty of Tustin.
