PUBLIC HEARING ITEM A public hearing provides individuals the opportunity to be heard regarding an intended action of the City Council related to land use or fees. (Agenda Item 1) 1. PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER ISSUANCE BY THE CALIFORNIA STATEWIDE COMMUNITIES DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF BONDS WITHIN THE CITY OF TUSTIN A public hearing has been noticed to consider the request by California Statewide Communities Development Authority (CSCDA) to issue tax exempt multi-family housing revenue bonds for purposes of financing the acquisition and construction of the 240 unit Coventry Court project at Tustin Legacy.
