1. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 10-007 - a request to operate a convenience
store in conjunction with an existing service station.

RECOMMENDATION
That the Zoning Administrator adopt Zoning Administrator Action No. 10-009
approving Conditional Use Permit 10-007.

The Acting Zoning Administrator explained the process.
The Public Hearing opened at 10:34 a.m.
The applicant and his father identified themselves for the record.
The Acting Zoning Administrator reviewed the staff report, and asked if the
applicant had read and understood the conditions of approval.
The applicant answered in the affirmative.
The Acting Zoning Administrator asked if the applicant had any questions or
concerns.
The applicant answered in the negative. His father added compliments to City
staff for the excellent service they received during the application process.
The Acting Zoning Administrator approved Zoning Administrator Action No.
10-009 approving Conditional Use Permit 10-007.

The Public Hearing closed and the meeting adjourned at 10:38 a.m.
The date of the next meeting of the Zoning Administrator will be scheduled when
items are set for hearing.
