CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order at 3:01 P.M. by Chairman Welsh. II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE Led by ~. Sharp. III. INVOCATION Given by Mr. Schuster. IV. ROLL CALL AP P ROVAL OF MINUTES VI. PUBLIC HEARINGS VII. PUBLIC CONCERNS VIII. OLD BUSINESS IX. NEW BUSINESS Present: 5~mbers: Welsh, Sharp, Schuster, Kennedy Absent: Members: Saltarelli Others Present: Brian J. Chase, Community Development Director Dan Blankenship, City Administrator Mary Wynn, Recording Secretary It was moved by Sharp, seconded by Welsh, to approve Minutes of the October 2, 1978 meeting. Carried: 4-0, Saltarelli absent. USE PERMIT 78-23 - Cliff Thompson, requesting authorization to construct 6 sinqle-family condominiums, upon annexation to the City of Tustin. Location: 18422 Warren Avenue Brian Chase gave the staff report. The applicant is not ready at this time and a continuance is requested. The public hearing was opened at 3:03 P.M. There being no comments or objections, the public hearing was closed. It was moved by Schuster, seconded by Kennedy, that Use Permit 78-23 be continued as an open public hearing to the November 6, 1978 meeting. Carried unanimously, 4-0. Saltarelli absent. None None 1. Tentative Parcel Ma~ 78-123 Location: Lot 8 of Tract 8763, Tustin Irvine Industrial Complex After the staff report was given, it was moved by Kennedy, seconded by Schuster that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 1785. Tentative Tract 10258 Location: 15732-42 "B" Street Staff report was given by Brian Chase. Mrs. Kennedy asked if a Homeowner's Association would be required. Brian Chase responded that it was mandatory. ~s. Kennedy said that she would be voting "no" because of the density. It was moved by Sharp, seconded by Schuster that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 1784. Ayes: Sharp, Schuster, We]sh. Noes: Kennedy. Absent: Saltarelli Brian Chase said he had had a letter from Attorney Rourke regarding Cooperative Apartment arrangement and that this matter would be agendized for the next meeting as a Public Hearing. Mr. Chase reported that the Building Divison monthly report would be available at a later date. He stated that September's total valuation was small but would be balanced out in the next month's report as the Packer's Square project and the Senior Citizen's proiect would be on October's report.
