USIi I)ER.XlIT 78-22 - Construct.ion Investment Corp., requesting auth~-r-ization to construct 12 condominiums itl the PI) (Planned Develop- ment) District upon annexation to the City of Tustin. 1.ocated at 15732-42 "B" Street. .Xlr. Chase presented the staff report and commented that the site plan required under the Ill) ton.lng meets requirements of fire and planning. [t is presently a part of thc "B" Street annexation. If it is annexed, it is require that the property dedicate full right-of-way and make full improvements. (Mr. Saltarclli arrived) The public hearing was opened at 3:11 PM. 'lhere being no comments or objections, the public hearing was closed at 3:11 PM. Mrs. Kennedy stated that silo felt Mr. Justus ~'as in favor o1' annexing to the City as it would allow him a higher density of 2 units by doing so; therefore, she would take a negative vote. Chase stated that thls is a resolution approving the use permit from a previous public hearing. Moved I)y Sharp, seconded by Schuster to approve Resolution No. 1783 approving Use Permit 78-19.
