Mrs. Kenned)' moved that a correction in Public llear~ng ~2 be
shown to reflect a letter received in regard to parking.
,~loved by Sharp, seconded by Schuster to approve Minutes of meeting
held on September 18, 1978. Carried: 4-0.

1. USIi I)ER.XlIT 78-22 - Construct.ion Investment Corp., requesting
auth~-r-ization to construct 12 condominiums itl the PI) (Planned Develop-
ment) District upon annexation to the City of Tustin. 1.ocated
at 15732-42 "B" Street.
.Xlr. Chase presented the staff report and commented that the site plan
required under the Ill) ton.lng meets requirements of fire and planning.
[t is presently a part of thc "B" Street annexation. If it is annexed,
it is require that the property dedicate full right-of-way and
make full improvements. (Mr. Saltarclli arrived)
The public hearing was opened at 3:11 PM.
'lhere being no comments or objections, the public hearing was
closed at 3:11 PM.
Mrs. Kennedy stated that silo felt Mr. Justus ~'as in favor o1' annexing
to the City as it would allow him a higher density of 2 units by doing
so; therefore, she would take a negative vote.
Moved h)r Mr. Schuster to approve by adoption of Resolution No. 1782,
seconded b)' Sharlz. Carried: 4-1; Ayes: i~'elsh, Schuster, Sharp,
Saltaretl i, Noes: Kennedy

1. Resolution Xo. L785 - Resolution of approval ['or Use Permit
78-19, llockenberry condominiums of 422 W. First St.
,\Ir. Chase stated that thls is a resolution approving the use
permit from a previous public hearing.
Moved I)y Sharp, seconded by Schuster to approve Resolution No.
1783 approving Use Permit 78-19. Carried unanimously.
X. STAI"F CONCERNS
SC.\G - ,\Ir. Chase i s attending meet i rigs on prelimina ry draft report
on different steps being taken by County on parking on major
arterial streets. Sent a short letter from City to SC.X(;.
Will communicate with Mr. Schuster to keel) him up to date.
XI. .\(;I!NC¥ CONCERNS
Mr. Saltarelli stated that he rece'ived a coml)laint as to
street trees are not being supplied even though the), have been
paid for by builders in new developments.
Mr. I,cdcndecker responded they are attempting to hold oFF Im)'i. ng trees ti l
enough residents can water and take care of the trees through
their own s)rstem. Time and selection is a factor, lint will be
addressed as soon as possible.
