Biggs, City Manager RESOLUTION NO. 10-116 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING DIRECTOR FOR THE ORANGE COUNTY FIRE AUTHORITY BOARD OF DIRECTORS WHEREAS, the Joint Powers Authority Agreement with Orange County Fire Authority requires that each member by resolution of its governing body shall designate and appoint one representative to act as its Director on the Board of Directors; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, DOES RESOLVE THAT THE FOLLOWING DIRECTOR IS APPOINTED EFFECTIVE THIS DATE: PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Tustin on the 7t" day of December, 2010.
