PUBLIC MEETING:
1. DESIGN REVIEW 10-021 - a request to develop a parking lot on a vacant lot
to serve an existing commercial building.

ENVIRONMENTAL
STATUS: THIS PROJECT IS CATEGORICALLY EXEMPT
(CLASS 11) PURSUANT TO SECTION 15311 OF
THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY
ACT.
RECOMMENDATION
That the Zoning Administrator adopt Zoning Administrator Action No. 11-001
approving Design Review 10-021.

The Acting Zoning Administrator asked the attendees to introduce themselves.
Robert and Kelsey Feinstein, applicants/property owners.
Glen Gwatney, Anacal Engineering Company, representing the applicants.
The Acting Zoning Administrator explained the process, reviewed the staff report,
and asked if anyone had any questions or concerns.
Mr. Feinstein indicated there were no concerns, only general questions regarding
the process, such as obtaining a Certificate of Appropriateness.
Mr. Reekstin indicated that those issues were discussed prior to the opening of the
meeting.
Mr. Feinstein mentioned lighting options, and Mr. Gwatney indicated they would
like to get this project completed as quickly as possible.
Mr. Reekstin responded that the lighting issue could be addressed during plan
check.
The Acting Zoning Administrator approved Zoning Administrator Action No.
11-001, approving Design Review 10-021.
The meeting adjourned at 10:38 a.m.
