A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, ORDERING THE PREPARATION
OF AN ENGINEER'S REPORT FOR THE TUSTIN
LANDSCAPE AND LIGHTING DISTRICT LEVY OF ANNUAL
ASSESSMENTS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2011-2012
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the City Council of the City of Tustin to levy
annual assessments for the 2011-2012 Fiscal Year for the Tustin Landscape and
Lighting District; and
WHEREAS, changes in existing improvements including new subdivided parcels,
new landscaped areas and new street light facilities to be maintained by said District
may have occurred; and
WHEREAS, Harris and Associates is under contract to provide professional
engineering services in connection with said District under the direction of the Director
of Public Works/City Engineer.
~ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Tustin
~ that the Director of Public Works/City Engineer is hereby ordered to prepare and file,
' through Harris and Associates, the Engineer's Report for the Tustin Landscape and
Lighting District Levy of Annual Assessments for Fiscal Year 2011-2012.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Tustin at a regular
meeting held on the 15th day of February 2011.
