Miller, Siegel, Means, Tad- lock, Q~nn, Farnsworth and Bacon. MF~MBERS ABSE2~T: Messrs. Sagraves and Byrd. Al'tORE E'M: C. Arthur Ntsson, Jr., was present. Chairman Miller called the meeting to order at 7:15 P. M. Minutes of the previous meeting of January 26, 1953, were read and approved. Chairman Miller submitted an Application for Variance by the Tustin Presbyterian Church requesting permission to construct a building for Church School purposes adjacent to an adjoining the existing Church building and numbered 225 West Main Street, in Tustin, and to construct the bu!ld- ings to within five feet of the West and North property lines of said lot. Variance requested for modification of side yard, rear y~rd, use and off-street par~ing provisions of Ordin~xce No. 71, which was read to the members present by the Clerk and discussed by the Com~mlssion members. The Variance was granted as applied for on motion of Co~missioner Bacon, seconded by Commissioner Siegel and duly carried. Chairman Miller introduced and read a letter from the Orange County Planning Commlssion which states that at a cost of $1.00 per map, four maps may be secured from the Orange County Surveyors office covering the arcs adjacent to the City of Tustin for the use of the Tustin Planning Commission in locating various tracts in this vicinity. On motion of Commissioner Siegel, seconded by Commissioner Means and duly carried, the Clerk was authorized to pur- chase the four maps as designated. Chairman Miller appointed Thermon Means as Temporary Chairman of the Pl~ing Commission until satisfactory ar- rangements can be made at the nex~ meeting. Chairman M~ller submitted his resignation from the Pla~lng Commission effective at once. Commissioner Farnsworth submitted his resignation as a member of the Commission effective at once. Con,missioner Means moved to adjourn. Commissioner Quinn seconded the motion. Motion carried. Meeting Adjourned. Secretary
