THE TUSTIN PLANNING CO!.~ISSION HELD ON MONDAY, AUGUST 4, 1952, AT 7:30 P. M., IN T!!K CiTY HALL MEMBERS PRESF~]T: Messrs. Quinn, Byrd, Siecel, Gray, Sagrsves an! ~acon. Chairman Miller, :.~essrs. Means and Farnsworth. ATTORNEY: C. Arthur :~isson Jr., was present. Chairman ~m. I. liller being absent the members present elected Commissioner ~illi~ ~. Gray as Acting Chairman for this meeting on motion of Com~i,sioner Byrd, seconded by Com:,issiouer Siegel and duly carried. Acting Chairman Gray called the meeting to order at ?:35 P. M. ~inutes of the previous meeting were read ~ud ap- proved. ~r. and Mrs. Butt E. Taylor, of 202~ Victoria Drive, Santa ~na, were present relative to their appli- cation for a Variance regarding Lots ~os. p, 10, 11 and 12, of Tract 324, Recorded Book 15, page 30, City of Tustin, now zoned as R-1. The Variance application requested permission to erect three individual spanish stucco court apart- ments conslst~ng of three rooms and hath on each 50 ~t lot with a driveway in the center and garages in the rear. After considering statements from ~r. and Mrs. Taylor Compression :~embers discussed the application at length. The Variance was gr~xted on motion of Commis- sioner ~uin~, seconded by Commissioner Byrd ~ud duly carried. City Attorney ,,isson was instructed to prepare a Resolution relative to granting of the Variance. A letter and map from the ()range bounty Plan- ning Commission was presented for review and recommen- dation, showing a proposed subdivision designated as Tract No. 1~2, within three miles fr=~ the ~,!ty li..~Its of Tustin. The matter was approved on motion o~ Jo=mission,er Siegel, seconded by Commissioner ~ulnn and duly carried. Upon Attorney Nisson's suggestion, Co.~missioner Siegel moved, seconded by Co:~":Issioner !~acon, that futuro moetings of the Plmu~ing Jo:,mission begin at 7:00 P. ~. instead of 7:30 as hcr(~tofore. The meeting was adjourned on motion of Com- missioner Quinn, seconded by Corm~issioner !~yrd and duly carried. Secretary,
