".'he meeting was opened by Arthur Charleton actir~ as
Chairman in the absence of William i. ;.:iller.
Present were: '._klwin Cox, David Forney, Bill Gray,
Leo Byrd, Vincent }:.umeston and Art::ur Charleton.
Discussion was held regarding, the tract being de-
veloped by Mr. Wener. Inasmuch as it appeared that Mr.
Wener was not living up to the plans of the originsl
Plot Plan, it was moved by Gray, seconded by Cox and
carried, that he be notified by letter to come before
the Planning Co~mission at 7:30 P. ~., April 4th, with
his plans for the whole development of his tract.
Attorney Nisson ~entioned the need of a t~ee plant-
ing plan for the City ~ Tustin to provide for proper
replacement of trees as requested by the Council and
stated that he would present such a plan to the City
Council.
