Minutes o£ the previous meeting were read and ap-
proved.
:'resent were: Farnsworth. Gray, i]yrd. ;,:iii.r, Means,
Humoston, Eorne~, Charleton and Attorney Nisson.
Application for Variance by ~:~dward R. Leonard and
Jack E. Gould, of 185 Pasadena Ave., for Lots.l.~, 1~5,
1633, 175 and 185 Pasadena Ave., wore read. It was then
moved by Cha~leton and seconded by l~'a~nsworth that tho
application be granted by tho adoption of Resolution i:o.
9. The motion csrrdod.
The Com~ission recommended that ~"hAstin, with tho ap-
proval of the City of Santa Ana, use tho S~nta Aha form
of Business per, nit for building permit application.
it was the opinion of the Commission that Tustin
should u'~c the R-4 Plan of Zontn~ in tho i:.~nediate terri-
tory around Tustin.
Xominations were made for Co:maission Chairman. Mr.
Mo~us nominated Dave ?'ornoy. Mr. Forney declined. Mr.
Charloton then noninated ~tll ~.Siller. It was moved,
seconded and carried that nominations be closed.
2etlon was then nmde, seconded ~d carried that
the ~ecreta~y cast a unanimous ballot for Bill ~4iller
for Commission Chairman.
It was moved, seconded, carried that the meeting
adjourn.
