Meeting called to order by Chairman Charleton.
Minutes of previous meetin~ read and approved.
Present: Mayor Kidd, Charleton, ]~yrd, Cox, H~meston,
Marnsworth ~xd Attorney Nisson.
Application for Variance of '~,~. G. Keeler, ~65 West
Second Street, for use of buildin~ 20 x 30 ft. as storage
place for merchandise. Date of hearing set for January
19th.
A~oplication for Variance for Ceramics by Miss Leda
Lehman acted upon. Public hearing set for January 19th.
Application for Variance by Mirror Art Works, by
Donald H. and Harley F. Whitford, 267 Jewel Place, Orange,
and 124 E. Elm St., Fullerton, to affect property situ-
ated at 125 W. Main St., was acted upon and date o~ hear-
ing for same set for January 19th.
Ail three above applications will be advertised in
the paper.
Application for proposed Sub-division made by Geo.
N. Hale, at Santa Clara and Hewes, sa!d sub-division to
consist of 36 lots in Tract 1261. Co~m~lssion decided that
note should be appended suggesting more floor area (1500
sq. ft.) and further investigation into water supply.
Attorney Nisson reminded Commission Members that
suggestions for tho coming ysar should be forwardod to
the State.
Chairman Charleton urged members to work on yearly
report. Such report should emphasize work accomplished
by the Commission.
