ATTENDANCE
PUBLIC INPUT -Members of the public may address the City Council on items on the
Closed Session Agenda.
CLOSED SESSION ITEMS -The Brown Act permits legislative bodies to discuss certain
matters without members of the public present. The City Council finds, based on advice
from the City Attorney, that discussion in open session of the following matters will
prejudice the position of the City in existing and anticipated litigation:

City Council's confirmation is requested of a recommended Disposition Strategy
for the former Master Developer Footprint for the Tustin Legacy Project.

Recommendation: That the City Council confirm the Disposition Strategy
recommendations of the Tustin Legacy team as contained in the Disposition
Strategy report.
URGENCY ORDINANCE NO. 1399 ENACTING REVISION TO THE GRADING
AND EXCAVATION CODE PROVISIONS
Recommendation: That the City Council adopt Urgency Ordinance No. 1399 by
at least afour-fifths vote.
ORDINANCE NO. 1400 ENACTING REVISIONS TO THE GRADING AND
EXCAVATION CODE PROVISIONS
Recommendation: That the City Council have first reading of Ordinance No.
1400 and set for second reading at the City Council meeting of May 3, 2011.
ADJOURNMENT -The next regular meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, May 3, 2011 at
5:30 p.m. for the Closed Session Meeting followed by the Regular Business Meeting at
7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber, 300 Centennial Way, Tustin, California.
