PUBLIC HEARING:
1. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 2011-01 - a request for authorization to
establish and operate a ground water remediation system at an existing service
station for a period of five (5) years. The proposed project is located at the
existing Shell service station at 13891 Red Hill Avenue.

CATEGORICALLY EXEMPT PURSUANT TO
SECTION 15330 (CLASS 30) OF THE CALIFORNIA
ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT (CEQA).
RECOMMENDATION
That the Zoning Administrator adopt Zoning Administrator Action (ZAA) No. 11-
005 approving Conditional Use Permit (CUP) 2011-01.

The Public Hearing opened at 10:35 a.m.
The Acting Zoning Administrator introduced City staff.
John Gonzales indicated he is representing the Conestoga-Rovers & Associates
consulting firm, as well as representing the property owner, Elizabeth Pankey, of
Pankey Properties, LLC.
The Acting Zoning Administrator reviewed the report and asked Mr. Gonzales if he
had the opportunity to read the report, and if he understood the conditions of
approval.
Mr. Gonzales answered in affirmation.
The Acting Zoning Administrator adopted Zoning Administrator Action No.
11-005 approving Conditional Use Permit 2011-01.
The Public Hearing closed at 10:40 a.m.
