HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC RES 3667'0 '9 "O -! _'5 :$ "9 RESOLUTION NO. 3667 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, CERTIFYING THE FINAL NEGATIVE DECLARATION AS ADEQUATE FOR DESIGN REVIEW 99-007 AND ALL FEASIBLE MITIGATION MEASURES HAVE BEEN INCORPORATED AS REQUIRED BY THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT. The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin does hereby resolve as follows: I. The Planning Commission finds and determines as follows: Ao That Design Review 99-007 is considered a "project" pursuant to the terms of the California Environmental Quality Act. B. A Negative Declaration has been prepared for this project and has been made available for public review. Co VVhereas, the Planning Commission of the City of Tustin has considered evidence presented by the Community Development Director and other interested parties with respect to the subject Negative Declaration. D. The Planning Commission has evaluated the proposed final Negative Declaration and determined that it is adequate and complete. II. A Negative Declaration has been completed in compliance with CEQA and state guidelines. The Planning Commission has received and considered the information contained in the Negative Declaration and has found that it adequately discussed the environmental effects of the proposed project. Further, the Planning Commission finds the project involves no potential for any adverse effects, either individually or cumulatively, on wildlife resources; and, therefore, makes a De Minimis Impact Finding related to the California State Department of Fish and Game Code Section 711.4. PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Tustin Planning Commission, held on the 10th day of May, 1999.
