HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC RES 3618RESOLUTION NO. 3618 l0 ]? 20 25 24 25 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, CERTIFYING THE FINAL NEGATIVE DECLARATION AS ADEQUATE FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 98- 016, DESIGN REVIEW 98-016, AND SIGN CODE EXCEPTION 98-004. ALL .FEASIBLE MITIGATION MEASURES HAVE BEEN INCORPORATED AS REQUIRED BY THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT. The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin does hereby resolve as follows: I. The Planning Commission finds and determines as follows: Ao That Conditional Use Permit 98-016, Design Review 98-016, and Sign Code Exception 98-004 are considered "projects" pursuant to the terms of the California Environmental Quality Act; and Bo A Negative Declaration has been prepared for this project.and has been distributed for public review. C. Whereas, the Planning Commission of the City of Tustin has considered evidence presented by the Community Development Director and other interested parties with respect to the subject Negative Declaration. U. The Planning Commission has evaluated the proposed final Negative Declaration and determined that the project is regulatory in nature and therefore, would not have a significant effect on the environment. A Final Negative Declaration has been completed in compliance with CEQA and State guidelines. The Planning Commission has received and considered the information contained in the Negative Declaration prior to recommending approval of the proposed project, and found that it adequately discussed the environmental effects of the proposed project.
