CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 2011-12 - a request to authorize on-site beer and wine sales in conjunction with a restaurant (ABC Type 41 License) located at 13842 Newport Avenue, Suite C. APPLICANT: SIMON KWON ON BEHALF OF CHARLES LEE (GOHAN INC.) 820 S. WEBSTER AVENUE, #3 ANAHEIM, CA 92804 PROPERTY OWNER: TAE SUNG LEE 16617 HONEYBEE DRIVE TUSTIN, CA 92782 ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: THIS PROJECT HAS BEEN DETERMINED TO BE CATEGORICALLY EXEMPT (CLASS 1) PURSUANT TO SECTION 15301 OF THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT. That the Zoning Administrator adopt Zoning Administrator Action (ZAA) No. 11-008 approving Conditional Use Permit (CUP) 2011-12 authorizing the on- site sale of beer and wine in conjunction with a restaurant (ABC Type 41 License) located at 13842 Newport Avenue, Suite C. Zoning Administrator Action Agenda July 25, 2011 Page 2 Presentation: Justina Willkom The Public Hearing opened at 10:35 a.m. The Acting Zoning Administrator introduced City staff and asked the attendees to introduce themselves. Simon Kwon indicated he was representing the applicant, Charles Lee of Gohan Inc. The Acting Zoning Administrator reviewed the report, and asked Mr. Kwon if he had reviewed the report and conditions of approval. Mr. Kwon answered in affirmation. Mr. Kwon and Mr. Lee stated they had no questions or concerns regarding the report and conditions of approval. The Acting Zoning Administrator adopted Zoning Administrator Action No. 11-008 approving Conditional Use Permit 2011-12. The Public Hearing closed at 10:37 a.m. REGULAR BUSINESS: None ADJOURNMENT: The meeting adjourned at 10:37 a.m. The date of the next meeting of the Zoning Administrator will be scheduled when items are set for hearing.
