AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
DECREASING PRIMA FACIE SPEED LIMITS ON CERTAIN
STREETS.
4 The City of Tustin, California, does ordain as follows:
5 1. It is hereby determined upon the basis of an
6 engineering traffic survey that the speed permitted by State
7 law as applicable upon the following streets is greater than
8 is reasonable or safe under the conditions found to exist
9 upon such streets, and it is her'eby declared that the prima
10 facie speed limit shall be as herein set forth on those
11 streets, or parts of streets, herein designated when signs
12 have been erected giving notice thereof.
I-B 2. The prima facie speed limit for vehicular traffic
14 on. the ~ollowing streets, or portions of streets, is hereby
15 established as hereinafter set forth, effective when signs
16 have been erected giving notice thereof.
17 3. Provided, further, however, that in any ins~-ance
18 where thee prima facie speed limit as fixed by the Vehicle
19 Code of the State of California is less than the prima
20 facie speed limit hereby determined and fixed, then the
9,1 prima facie speed limit which is provided in the Vehicle
22 Code shall be applicable.
~.3 4. The streets, or portions of streets with the
24 Tustin City limits, affected and the declared prima facie speed
9.5 limit shall be as follows:
