A Special Meeting of the Tustin Planning Comm3ssion
was called to order Tuesday, June 1, at 7:00 P. M. by
the Chairman, Frank Bacon, Jr.
Members present: Siegel, Hardy, Means, Tadlock,
Gallion, Kidd, Bacon and ~Ainn.
Chairman Bacon read a petition referred to the Plan-
ning Commission, by the City Council, protesting construc-
tion of a residence at 160 North "C" Street with an 18 ft.
front yax~ set back.
After a ruling from City Attorney Nisson stating the
construction was not in violation of City Ordinance, it
was moved by Siegel and seconded by Hardy that a Resolu-
tion be adopted that the Planning Commission p_lans and
determines that the dwelling proposed at 160 North "C"
Street, Eot 21, Block B, Tract 338, with a front yard
set back of 18 feet is not in violation of front yard
setbacks provided in Tustin City Ordinance No. 71. Motion
carried unanimous by roll call.
Orange County Subdivision Tentative Map 221~ was
submitted to the Planning Comm_~ssion by Chairman Bacon.
It was moved by Kidd and seconded by Means that the map
be approved.
Moved by Hardy, seconded by Kidd, that the meeting
be adjourned.
