HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC Minutes 01-09-56MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE TUSTIN PLANNING COMMISSION HELD ON MONDAY EVENING, JANUARY 9, 1956, AT THE C I TY HALL MEMBERS PRESENT: Commissioners Bacon, Means, Kidd, Byrd and Tadlock. MEMBERS ABSENT: Hardy, Gallion and Siegel. CITY ATTORNEY: Nisson was present. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Bacon at 7:15 P. M. Chairman Bacon read an Application for Variance by Mr. David T. Inglis, of 1002 San Juan Street, Tustin, requesting permission to erect two (2) 1584 sq. ft. Duplexes with attached garages on the South 100 feet of Lot l, Tract 457, in the City of Tustin, now zoned as R-1. Following discussion, Commissioner Byrd moved to grant this request for Variance in accordance with the Plot Plan submitted with Application. Seconded by Means the motion duly carried. There being no further business before the Commis- sion, Chairman Bacon announced the meeting adjourned. Secretary
