ABS~: Siegel, Tadlock, Gallion. CITY ATTORNEY= C. Arthur Nisson, Jr., was present and acted aa Clerk for the Commission. Vamiance application for George Charles Bohleg was presented to the Commission and public hearing pursuant to notices duly given theretofore was .held. ~here being no opposition to said proposed variance the followin~ resolution was duly moved by Means., seconded by Hardy and carried: RESOLVED that the Planmlng Commission of the City of Tustin finds and determines that the reasons set forth in the applicant's application for var- iance were true and correct and that the variance should be approved as prayed for. The next order of business was the variance re- quested by Messrs. Hanson and Peterson and the Chairman announced that a public hearins on said variance was open. There being no opposition to the proposed variance the public heami-ng was duly closed and it was regularly moved by Hardy, seconded by Kidd and carried, that the following resolution be adopted: RESOLVED that the variance application of Hanson and Peterson contained facts Justifying the request and that they a~e adopted as the findings of the Commission. and that said variance be approved as toque sted. The next order.. of business was the variance appli- cation of Mr. Sonnenberg. The public hearing was announc- ed and there being no opposition the public hearing was closed. After discussion concerning the proposed improve- ment by Mr. Sonnenberg the following resolution was moved by Means, seconded by Kidd, and duly carried: RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Tustin finds and determines that. the reasons set forth in the applicant's application for va?lance were true and correct and that the variance should be approved as prayed for. Commissioner Hardy brought up the problem of consid- ering traffic controls at the intersection of First and "D" Streets and the matter was referred to the Commission for study and recommendation. There being no further business to come before the Planning Coa~uission the meeting was duly adjourned. ~$cretary -' '
