PLANNING COMMISSION HELD ON MONDAY
EVENING, APRIL 23, 1956 AT CITY HALL.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Bacon, Tadlock, Means, Siegel, Hardy
Kidd, Gallion and ~.yrd.
ME%'~BERS ABSENT: None
0ITY ATTORNEY: Nisson was present.
At 7:20 P. M. Chairman qacon called
the meeting to order.
An application for variance by Tustin
War Memorial, IN~., was presented, requesting permission
to erect a semi public meeting hall (American Legion Hall)
on Lots 2, 4 and 6, in 'Block 41, Tustin City Tract, being
Numbers 100, llO and 120 So. Prospect Avenue in the
City of Tustin.
This application was discussed at
length and upon motion by Siegel, seconded by ~eans and
duly carried, consideration of the variance request
was continued until the next meeting of the Planning
Commission and it was requested that applicants submit
in more detail the plans for the proposed structure
on the property.
The matter of reorganization of the
Planning Commission was brought up by City Attorney
Nisson and briefly discussed.
Upon motion of Siegel, seconded by
Gallion and duly carried, the meeting was adjourned.
