HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC Minutes 10-08-56MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, OCTOBER 8th, There being no Quorum present at 7:00 P. M., the Clerk of the Planning Commission adjourned the meeting until 8:15 P. M. At 8:15 P. M., the following members were present: Bacon, Byrd, Kidd, Gallton and Means. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Bacon. The Public Hearing on a proposed Ordinance of the City of Tustin, amending Ordinance No. 71 and pro- viding procedure for the establishment of use zones and building line setback requirements for territory annexed to the City of Tustin was opened. There being no one present to protest the proposed Ordinance, the public hearing was declared closed. After an explanation of the purpose of the proposed Ordinance by City Attorney Nisson, it was moved by Gallion, seconded by Kidd that it be recommended to the Tustin City Council for adoption. Motion carried. There being no further business, Means moved, seconded by Byrd that the meeting be adjourned. Notion carried. A. O. 'Park, Secretary.
