HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC Minutes 11-08-56ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING OF THE TUSTIN PLANNING COMMISSION, THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 8th, 1956. MEMBERS PRESENT: Bacon, Tadlock, Means, Mrs. Gregory, Lindley and Stanton. ABSENT : Siegel CITY ATTORNEY : C. Arthur Nisson, Jr., present. Meeting was called to order at 7:35 P. M. by temporary Chairman Bacon. Upon Motion by Means, seconded by Lindley and duly carried, Frank E. Bacon, Jr. was appointed permanent Chairman of the Planning Commission. Motion by Lindley, seconded by Means that John Siegel be appointed Vice-Chairman of the Planning Commission. Motion carried. Motion by Means, seconded by Mrs. Gregory that A. O. Park be appointed Secretary of the Planning Commission. Motion carried. After some discussion, uoon Motion by Mrs. Gregory, seconded by Lindley, that City Attorney Nisson prepare a Resolution setting the 3rd Monday of each month at 7:00 P. M. as a regular meeting day and adopting rules of procedure. Motion carried. Motion by Means, seconded by Tadlock that H. F. Spriggs' application for variance be received and the hearing be set for the regular meeting of November 19th, at 7:00 P. M. Motion carried. Motion by Tadlock, seconded by Lindley that Attorney Nisson prepare recommendations for an Ordinance regarding T zones for Trailer Parks and also estate zoning. Motion carried.
