HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC Minutes 11-19-56MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE TUSTIN PLANNING COMMISSION HELD ON MONDAY, NOVEMBER 19, 1956 AT THE CITY HALL. MEMBERS PRESENT: Bacon, Mrs. Gregory, Lindley and Stanton. MEM~QERS ABSENT : Tadlock, Siegel & Means. CITY ATTORNEY : C. Arthur Nisson, present. Chairman Bacon called the meeting to order at 7:05 P. M. On Motion by Lindley, seconded by Stanton and duly carried, the Minutes were approved as mailed out. An application for Variance by H. F. Spriggs of 750 W. First Street, Tustin, was read by Chairman Bacon, in which he requested permission to erect a duplex of modern design on the property, 193 feet south of First street on Pasadena street on the Eastside of the street, property now zoned R-1. 'HeariNg on the above request was opened by Chairman Bacon. There being no one present who wished to protest the above application, the hearing was closed. After some discussion, on Motion by Lindley, seconded by Mrs. Gregory that the reasons requesting the Variance were found to be true and correct, and that the Variance be granted. Motion carried. Motion by Lindley, seconded by Mrs. Gregory that the Public Hearing on the zoning of the "Hillview Annexation to Tustin" and the "Andrew R. morris Annexation to Tustin," be set for December 17, 1956 at 7:00 P. M. Motion carried. On Motion by Stanton, seconded by Lindley and duly carried, the meeting was adjourned. A. O. Park, Secretary.
