A~,~S~NT : F. N. Clark CITY ATTOPNEY : C. Arthur Nisson, absent. Chairman ]~acon called the meeting to order at 7:0~ P. ~. Motion by Means, seconded by Siegel that the minutes of the last meeting be approved as mailed, r~otion carried. On motion by Siegel, seconded by Dr. Stanton and duly carried, the public hearing on proposed ORDIi.~ANCE NO. ?1, was continued until the next regular meeting· Variance application of henry J. ¥.Tagoner, 163 Mountain View Drive., w~s presented to the Commission and public hearing pursuant to notice ou',lished in the Tustin News was held. There being no one present to protest, and after some discussion by the Commission, the following resolution was moved by Siegel, seconded by Dr. Stanton and carried· RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Tustin finds and determines that the reasons set forth in the applicant's application for variance were true and correct and that the variance should be approved as prayed for, wit. h the provision that use be limited strictl.v as stated in the Aoplication and be transferrable only upon application to the C ommi s s i on. The next order of bus~nesa was an application to extend an existing variance, granted Carl T. & Gaetha Sisson, ~2~ South Tustin Avenue. Public hearfn~ was opened and there being no one present to protest the hearing '~'.~as duly closed. On motion by Tadlock, seconded by Means, and duly carried, the following RESOLUTION was adopted. RESOLVED that the Pl~nnin~ Commission of the City of Tustin finds and determines taat the facts as set ?orth in the applicant's application for an extension o~ variance were true and correct and that it be aoproved as recuested. The Clerk would like to state that Mr. F. N. Clark was not absent through any fault of ·~is own, but was inadvertently forgotten unt'~l Just before meeting time and then was unable to be reached at his i~ome by phone.
