A letter from County Supervisor Hirstein o~' the Fourth
District was read, in which he explained progress of
.~ro-oosed improve~.~cnts to ~ ~Tth Street and to Newport
Avenue.
LIotion of Tadlock, seconded by Siegel that the above
letter ,~ ordered receivo~ and filed l.:otlm~ carried

Kirstein be commended by the Tustin Planning Commission
for his efforts in behalf of the much needed improvements
to both l?th Street and ~ewport Avenue. Motion carried.
Motion of Siegel, seconded by Tadlock that the Tustin
Planning Commission recommend to the Tustin City Council
that the services of a Planning Consultant be obtained
for help in formulating a Master Plan ~or the Tustin
Area. Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was duly
adjourned.
