OF THE TUSTIN PLANNING
COMMISSION, TUESDAY, APRIL 8th,
1958.
ME!'~BERS PRESENT: Bacon, Tadlock, Siegel, Clark &
Dr. Stanton.
ABSENT
: Mrs. Gregory & [~eans.
CITY ATTORNEY : Dennis D. ]{ayden, present.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Bacon at
8:40 P. M.
r~otton of Siegel, seconded by Clark that it be found that
all members of the Tustin Planning Commission were duly
notified in writing by the Secretary at least ti~ree hours
prior to meeting time. Motion carried.
A map of the proposed Greater Tustin Annexation to the
City of Tustin was presented to the Commission, considered
and ordered filed.
Motion of Clark, seconded by Siegel, that the Tustin
Planning Commission a0prove the prooosed Greater Tustin
Annexation boundaries, and recommend said Annexation to the
Tustin City Council for favorable action. Motion carried.
Three precise plans for the extension of Fourth Street
were received from the Orange County Planning Commission
with a request t'aat a recommendation be returned prior to
the public hearing at l:O0 P. M., Wednesday, April 16,
i958.
On motion of Tadlock, secon~'ed by Clark and carried, the
Tustin Planning Commission recommends to the Orange County
Planning Commission the adootion of Precise Plan No. 3
for the extension of Fourth Street easterly from Tustin
Avenue to Irvine Boulevard.
Meeting was duly adjourned.
