' The regular meting of the Board of Trustees of the City of
Tustin, was Dell ed to order by the Mayor at ~ :00 P.:d. on the

Councilmen present: Huntley, Logan, Peiper, Sehvrindeman,

Minutes of the previous convention read and approved.
Requests A written request from H.L.h'bel to sell fireworks in Tustin
and petit- on the Fourth of July was read.
ions read. A~petition regarding the lowering of water rates in Tustin
and signed by.some thirty or forty users was read.
' No action was necessary in the F'bel Dees, as the Board had
already granted exclusive permit to the American Legion.
It we moved by Peiper, seconded by Schwindeman that the Clerk
write to the Railroad Commission asbing them to reduce the
rates of the Tustin water Forks as per petition. Carried and
eo ordered. '
Dead tree on '
property. The matter of the dead tree on the 5radehax property was again
taken up, and it wee moved by Logan, seconded by Sehwindeman
that the City remove the tree. Carried and ao ordered.

~It was moved by Logan, seconded by Peiper that the weed report
Feed report of the Street Superintendent be accepted and filed. Carried
accepted and so ordered.
Resolution •It was moved by Logan, se oonded by Schwindeman that Resolution
#35 adopted. #35 be adopted. Carried and ao ordered.
Billa It was moved by Peiper, seconded by Logan that bills be paid,

Police was It was agreed that Chief of Police, John L. Stanton be granted
