July 5th, 1932 ..r
The regular meeting of the 3oard of Trustees of the City of
Tustin, was called to order by i:ayor Huntley, at 8:00 P. M, on
the above date.
Councilmen present:. Huntley Logan, 8chwindeman and Peiper. Kiser
Councilmen absent: ~t~8~. None
Minutes of the previous convention were read and approved.

~, from R.R. The reply to the Clerks lettex to the Railroad Commission was
Comers on read, and it Was moved by Peiper, seconded by Logan that the
water rates letter be filed, and Councilman ?eiper to see the Tustin Pater
' Company regarding rates and report at next meeting, and that
the Clerk notify the cicculatars of the petition regarding
reducing rates of the reply from the Commission as being on
file in his office. Carried and ao ordered.
City Engineer McBride presented a corrected map pf Tract X678
City Engr explaining the correction 'and the reason therefor.' It was

Improved approve Tract X678 as corrected and presented by the Engineer.

return of After an explanation by Mr. ~£c8ride regarding the possibility
gas tax of the citq obtaining some of the funds Prom the county Gas
moneys. Tax which are returnable to the cities it was moved by Kiser,
seconded by Logan, that the Clerk and the City Attorney drsft
a written request to the County Board of Supervisors for X1600
out of the Gas Tax fund for use on the streets in Tustin.
Carried and so ordered.

:Paid. Carried and so ordered and the usual monthly bills were presented
