and Broomell.

Attornry Bradley was Present.
The reading of the minutes of the previous meeting of May
2nd was had and they were approved as read.
Attoraey Bradley went over the League of Cities Bulletin
on Ledgislation matters that were of interest and that are
being enacted into law in the State. No Other Comminications.
ORDINANf ~r Ordinance having its second reading was adopted on the motion
CE.ADOPTE'D. of Councilman Rawlings and seconed by Councilman Forney Roll
Call resulted Ayes Councilmen Kidd, Rawlings, Forney, Gates,
and Broomell. None to the contrary, motion carried.

The Fire Departments drill e~txes were raised from one dollar
per month to two dollars and for call to fire iron two to
three dollars on the motion of Councilman Gates and seconed
by Councilman Broomell. motion Carried.
Street repair then come up inthe next order of business and
after a lengthy discudsion it was desided to have an ad orned
meetin on Wednesday evening at 6.30 to have the entire ~ounc-
il go over the Streets to be repaired and make a deofi~ion as
to the work on the Streets to be done Councilman Rawlings
moved that this be done and the second was by Councilman Broo-
mell. Motion carried. The meeting was adjorned.
