ROLL CALL Present: Councilmen: Absent: Councilmen: Others Present: City City 3 to order at 7:34 p.m. by Miller, Saltarelli, Langley, Welsh None Administrator Harry Gill Attorney James Rourke Mayor Miller announced that this regular adjourned meeting is regarding the appointment of a person for filling the council seat vacated by the resignation of Len Miller. Moved at 3 Y Saltarelli to adjourn to an executive session seconded by Welsh. Carried unanimously. The meeting reconvened at 8:07 p.m. Moved b~ Saltarelli, seconded by Welsh to have the ._Cit~-_Clerk conduct an election to fill the vacancy on the City Council at earliest possible time. Carried unanimously. RESOLUTION NO. 72-63 A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Tustin, California, calling and giving notice of the holding of a special municipal electior. to be held in said city on Tuesday, the 12th day of December, 1972, for the election of a member of the City Council of said city as required by the provisions of the laws of the State of California relating to General Law cities. Moved b~ tion No. mously. The secretary read Resolution No. 72-63 by title. Moved b~Saltarelli, seconded by Welsh, that Resolution No. 72-63 be passed and adopted. Carried unanimously. Lee Wagner commended the Council for the action taken tonight.
