CALL TO ORDER Meeting called to order by Mayor Coco in City
Hall at 6:00 p.m.

BUSINESS 1. BOND AWARD
Mr. Ed Wells, Financial Consultant, reported
at t e bond bids had been opened in Los Angeles
at 11:00 a.m. this day and that he was well pleased
with the showing; Tustin had done. very well.
Mr. Wells stated he had double-checked all-bids
and recommended that the Council award the bonds
to Weeden & Co., being the best bidder.
Moved by C. Miller,- seconded by Oster that
Resolution No. 71-56, Awarding $1,200,000 Bond
to the best bidder, Weeden & Co., and rejecting
all other bids, be read and passed and adopted.
Carried. Ayes: Coco, C. Miller, Oster. Noes:
none. Absent: ~L. Miller, Marsters.
2. BOND PRINTING
Mr. Wells reported that there had been two
bids received and that Northern Bank Note Company
was the low bidder.
Moved by C. Miller, seconded

BUSINESS 1. "OBSOLETE POLICE UNIFORMS

Council approved donating the obsolete Police
uniforms to the Tijuana Police Department.
2. TRAFFIC OFFICER RECLASSIFICATION
Council concurred on reclassification to Traffic
Officer for officer temporarily assigned to a
City motorcycle., Officer so assigned to be
responsible for maintaining the cycle and to
~y receive 5~ differential pay.
