Meeting caas called to order by Chairman 3acon at 7:10 P. P1.
Aiinutes of the previous meeting were approved as mailed, on
motion of I.leans, seconded by Clark.
Chairman Baeon opened the hearinFj on a Variance application
by Arthur 0. Park, to conduct a Public Accounting office
at 510 South 3 Street.
`:.'here being no one present tirishing to speak on the appli
cation as read by Chairman 3acon, the hearing rras closed
on motion of Tr_~dlock, seconded by Claris.
~~fter discussion by the Commission, ^adlock moved, secor.ed
b;; Dr. Stanton that 3~SOLUTION I:O. 513, granting the Variance
as a:;plied for, be adopted. I~~Iotion carried, all members
present, voting; Aye.

property owners on halter tlvenue and Del Amo Streets,
requestin} the re-zoning of property on P:isson }3oar ,
oarned by P1r. Len Ii. Darling and norr zoned C-2.

engineer P:cBride reported that he h<~d contacted the City
engineer's office in Santa Ana in regard to a chan,-e of
name for :first street, and 17th streets and that any
contemplated r~.ction :~r::s very much in the preliminary stage.
City .`-ttorney }Iayden informed the Commission that he
would do some further investi;ation on the formulation
of a Master Plan for the city.
There being no further business before the commission,
the meetin; was duly adjourned.
