N,r. C. T. Gilbreath brought to the attention of the
Planning Commission that a Public }searing before the
Orange County Planning Commission was scheduled for
1:30 P. M. December 10, 1958 to change the zoning of
all the property immediately South of East Main Street,
b•~est of Newport Avenue, PIorth of Laguna ?load and East
of D Street.
On motion of Clark, seconded by Firs. Gregory, the
Secretary of the Planning Commission was instructed
to Vrrite a letter to the Orange County Planning
Commission requesting that action on the above re-
zoning be deferred until the Tustin Planning Comm-
ission had studied the proposed zone change and
forwarded recommendations to the County Planning
Commission. Plotion carried.
On motion of Tadlock, seconded b~ Siegel and carried,
it is ordered th~:t a Public Iiea.ring be called for
January; 12, 1959 at 7:30 P. I°I. for the aurpose of
c:iscussin~ the proposed elan of the Orange County
Street Naming Committee to change the names of First
Street and 17th Street.
I~:r. Len II. llarlinfi submitted a letter of nrotest
to any zone chanf;e involving his property on P7isson
l3oad but said he vrould gree to a change from C-2 to

Clark moved, seconded by Tadlock that :?ESOLUTION P10.
515, calling; for a hearing on intention to rezone the
above property, be adopted. Motion carried, all
members voting Aye.

adjourned.
