HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC Minutes 03-09-59MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE TUSTIN PLANNING COMMISSION, MARCH 9th, 1959 MEMBERS PRESENT: Bacon, Tadlock, Means, Siegel, Mrs. Gregory, Clark and Dr. Stanton. ABSENT : None. City Attorney, Dennis D. Hayden and City Engineer, J. L. McBride, present. Chairman Bacon called the meeting to order at 7:00 P. M. Motion of Means, seconded by Dr. Stanton and carried, minutes of the last meeting were approved as mailed. A Tentative Map of a two lot subdivision was presented by the 'z'ustin Union School District i'or approval by the Tustin Flanning Commission. It was moved by Tadlock, seconded by Clark that the Tentative ~lap as presented be approved and that the i'iling oi' a Final Map be waived, per Section III, Paragraph 3.~3, Tustin City Ordinance No. 85. Motion carried. An application i'or a Variance was submitted by Glorianna F. Dean. Siegel move~, seconde~ by ClarK, that the above Variance Application be received an~ a public hearing be held at the next regular meeting, April 13th, 1W59. Motim carried. After more discussion on the development of a Master rlan I'or the City or Tustin and Vicinity, it was moved Dy Siegel, seconded by Clark, that the Tustin Planning Commission recommend to the Tustin City Council that the necessary money be appropriated for the above purpose.
