ABSENT : Means CITY ATTORNEY : Dennis D. Hayden, present. CITY ENGINEER : J. L. McBride, present. Chairman Bacon opened the meeting at ?:00 P. M. ZONING SO. TUSTIN AVE. ANNEX. Siegel moved, seconded by Mitchell that the minutes be approved as mailed. Motion carried. The hearing on Zoning and Building Line Setbacks for the proposed "SOUTH TUSTIN AVENUE ANNEXATION" was opened by Chairman Bacon at ?:15 P. M. John Jacobs stated that he would prefer R-3 zoning to the R-2 as recommended by City Engineer McBride. There was further discussion regarding changing the Engineer's report, by zoning all on the West of Tustin Avenue and North of McFadden from R-2 to R-3. The hearing was declared closed at 7:45 P. M. It was moved by Siegel, seconded by Clark, that City Engineer McBrides's recommendation regarding Setbacks and Zoning be accepted, with the exception that all property North of McFadden and. West of Tustin Avenue be zoned R-3 rather than R-2. Motion Carried. RESOL. 529 Gray moved, seconded by Mitchell, that RESOLUTION NO. 529, A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE Adopted CITY OF TUST]N, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING ZONING AND BUILDING LINE SETBACK REf'UIREMENTS TO bE ESTABLISHED IN THE TEHtiITORY DESCRIBED AS 'SCUTH TUSTIN AVENUE ANNEXATION' TO THE CITY OF TUSTIN," be adopted. Motion carried, all members present voting Aye. There being no further business, on motion of Mitchell, seconded by Gray and duIy carried the meeting was adjourned. A. O.
