Bacon, Mitchell, Sheridan, Morris, Smith, Berlin Absent: Mueller City Attorney Rourke, present City Engineer McBride, present C. C. COATES VARIANCE HEAR- ING ADOPTION OF VAR. APPL. NO. 62-114 RE C.C. COATES APPROVAL OF MINUTES DISCUSSION HE COUNTY ZONING ON FOURTH ST. ADOPTION THAT NO REQUEST FOR CHANGE BE MADE RE ABOVE STUDY SESSION ON ORD. NO. 157 4-] 8-62 Hearing on Variance Application of Conway C. Coate to permit a 3' sideyard on addition to existing residence at 140 Pacific Street, Tustin, opened at 7:38 P.M. Mrs. T. Attebury of 155 Myrtle and Mrs. Fuller of Pacific Street spoke on behalf of the applicant and Mr. Coate spoke explaining the location of addition. There being no one present with protest or further discussion, the hearing was declared closed. Moved by Mr. Morris, seconded by Mt. Sheridan that Resolution No. 558 granting variance ap- plication No. 62-114 be passed and adopted. Motion carried by roll call, all members present voting Aye. Moved by Mr. Sheridan, seconded by Mt. Smith that minutes of March 26th meeting be ap- proved as mailed. Motion carried. City Attorney excused at 8:05 P.M. Mr. A. Bowie ~.nd Mr. William Kempton requested the Planning Commission to consider recommend- ing C-1 to the County Planning Commission on parcel on Fourth Street as shown on Sectional District Map 9-5-9 - exhibit F. Moved by Mr. Sheridan, seconded by Mt. Mitchell that no request for change in recommendations already made regarding Sectional District Map 9-5-9 be sent to the County Planning Commission. Mot ion carried. A study session on Ordinance No. 157 was set for Wednesday, April 18th at 7:30 P.M. Mr. Rourke returned at 8:50 P.M. MR. SHERIDAN APPOINTED VICE CHAIRMAN OF PC Moved by Mr. Mitchell, seconded by Mr. Smith that Mr. Sheridan be appointed Vice Chairman of the Planning Commission to fill vacancy created by the resignation of Mr. Humeston.
