Meeting called to order at 7'40 P.M..by Chairman Bacon.

Sheridan, that minutes of April 9th
meeting be approved as mailed and re-
ceived. Motion carried.

Hearing on Zone Change Application No.
62-102 of Louis Schmetzer to rezone
property at 185 5. Prospect Avenue from
C-2-P back to original M. Zoning.
COMMENTS BY
MR. SCHMETZER
Mr. Schmetzer spoke in his own behalf
and explained problems of enlarging his
h~iness under the present zoning.
COMMENT S
Mr. Nicholas Barletta spoke against any
spot zoning of PI on Prospect Avenue.
Mr. Ed Mitchell spoke against M zoning
on Prospect.

There being no further comments, the hearing
was declared closed.

Street for ll50 feet opened at 8:05 P.M.
Mr. Tancredi spoke in his own behalf.
Mr. Frank Schmitzer, 165 Yorba Street, spoke
against any commercial zoning in this area.

There being no further comments, the hearing
was declared closed.

~r. J. Bellew with Land Research Association
presented plot plan for proposed apartments
in R-3 zone area, East of Frontage Road in
Bed Brown Annexation and requested opinion
of Commission regarding location of garages.
Mr. Bellew was informed he would have to apply
for a Variance.

PA~KING APPROVED parking be approved, subject to approval of
AT HEQUEST OF the architectural committee after plans are
